Greenwarren House

Based in the heart of rural North Devon, Greenwarren House is a quiet and pleasant location in which to host your meeting or conference. Situated in the small village of Beaford just off the A3124, Greenwarren House is only a 45 minute drive from the city of Exeter and a 30 minute drive from Barnstaple, the commercial centre of North Devon. There is ample free parking available in our own on-site car park. There are two meeting rooms available for hire the largest of which can accommodate up to 50 people and the smaller room up to 30 people. Our friendly staff can provide refreshments and catering to suit your requirements. In addition to the meeting rooms, Greenwarren House has eight sizeable bedrooms that can be booked for residential visits of up to 40 people.
