Think Venue & The Big Society

The Big Society is being talked about a lot at the moment, but what is it? Well at Think Venue we think that our member organisations truly represent what The Big Society is all about!

We represent organisations that have, or are developing, commercial strategies to help them meet their social, environmental or charitable aims whilst reducing their dependency on grants. Our members run their meeting or conferencing space in order to generate income to support their work. That work could be supporting disadvantaged people in society, arts projects or community initiates...all at the heart of what The Big Society stands for.
